practice involving with meditation and breathing exercises.
For
her traditional Yoga classes, Bita has developed
her own unique style that integrates a strong asana practice
in the Hatha tradition, incorporating ayurvedic principles
to personalise the practice, and flow to build strength, flexibility
and endurance. Emphasis is placed on being mindful of all
movements and on proper breathing technique. Personalised
practice based upon your physical condition, individual goals
and ayurvedic (traditional Indian) principles are all integrated
into Bita’s classes.
