The
Transformation Yoga Centre is devoted to
the promotion of a healthy, balanced, and happier way of life
for all. In our Centre, traditional yoga practice, meditation,
and relaxation is taught recognising individual needs and
differences.
In
Traditional Yoga practice there are eight different paths.
Asana (Yoga Postures) practice is only one aspect of this
eight fold path. In Transformation, we embody all eight aspects
of Yoga. Yoga is a Sanskrit word that means “yoke”.
The
practice of Yoga means yoking together or unifying body and
mind. Yoga utilizes a wide range of techniques including physical
postures, breathing exercises, mantras and meditation. Yoga’s
purpose is the promotion of health, self development, and
self awareness of the body, mind and spirit.
Our
centre offers courses with a maximum of 8 participants per
class. This allows us to provide personalised attention and
assistance to our students
