Teach what is within you,
Not as it applies to you, to yourself
But as it applies to the others.

I am a certified Yoga teacher, qualified from Kurukshetra University in India. Kurukshetra has its own significance where Lord Krishna divulged the concept of Karma Yoa, that is 'every human being has only one right and the right is to do his duty.'

While studying at college and university level (in India) exploring the worldly knowledge and obtained my degree in Electronics and communication engineering, Masters in Computer Software, degree in Law, but that was not the purpose of getting this human body. Doing yoga since childhood showed me the path to my journey in this life and i found that now yoga is my way of life and more precisely yoga is my life. My Yoga is a beautiful combination of ASANAS (body postures), PRANAYAMAS (controlled breathing techniques) and MEDITATION along with Bandhas & Mudras and Shuddhi Kriyas(Internal body purification / cleansing processes), A gentler, more fluid yoga which is about real grounding both mental and physical and release of energy that comes from it .

Sandra Mitchell

My first experience with Tai Chi was in 1975, in Montreal’s Chinatown, in a church that no longer exists. I was delighted! I remained part of a group, until I met a Chinese master. With him I learned to develop my passion for this relaxing and stimulating form of exercise. In 1990, I had my training with this master to become a teacher. I am now teaching since 1991. Since then, I was instructed by masters from Québec, Ontario and Scotland. I will devote my life to improve this art.

Tai Chi and Qi Gong are integral parts of my life. Convinced of all their benefits, I persuaded most of my friends to try it. I’m also inviting you to come and learn this form of exercise, which is excellent for your well being for your entire life.

"I discovered yoga 10 years ago through a friend. Mother since 2004, this new life has inspired me to a career change to be able to combine my family life to the values of yoga.

In 2009, then I start my training in teaching yoga "Yoga Center" supervised by trainer Daniel Pineault in the tradition of Professor T. Krishnamacharya. In 2011, I get my degree first 200 hrs of training. Wishing to continue the study of yoga, I continue my training on the philosophy of Yoga Sutra of Patanjali. "

Françoise Labossière, certified yoga teacher,Member of CTY- (Centre de Transmission de Yoga)

My first teaching training began in 1980 at Yoga centre Suzanne Piuze in Eastman. At the end of these three years I joined another teaching program at the Centre Canadien de Yoga. More recently, I finished a four years program at the Centre Viniyoga Lily Champagne in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya.

My passion for yoga keeps on leading me in different workshops and seminars such as yoga on chairs, yoga for elders, therapeutic, and yoga nidra and in its philosophy with the Sutras of Patanjali. The studies, practice and teaching allow me to increase my knowledge and deepen this wonderful discipline. Throughout these years, Yoga practice remains for me a precious tool to maintain a dynamic balance within the different dimensions of my being: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

I invite you to come and find the space within yourself in the practice of yoga and to live your personal experiences within the respect of your limits.
